Request a Refund
You can request a refund via sales@elegantshopping.lk. 5% or Rs.500.00 (Whichever is greater) Restocking/handing fee will be charged. elegantshopping.lk refund the amount after reducing the fee to the original payment method used by the customer.
In the event of a delivered order being requested to refund, first the Product(s) should be returned to elegantshopping.lk and once an inspection has been carried out by the elegantshopping.lk Staff for any damages, the refund will be processed as mentioned above and the total delivery cost will not be refunded
